1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pilot License Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Pilot License Prep's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Pilot License Prep's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we strictly enforce an acceptable use policy. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

AI Instructor & Pro Membership:

• Our "Pro" membership includes unlimited access to the AI Instructor chat feature. This is intended for genuine, human-driven educational use.
• "Unlimited" is subject to a fair use policy. You may not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any programmatic methods to interact with the AI Instructor.
• Excessive usage that significantly exceeds typical human study patterns, degrades the performance of our service, or incurs unreasonable API costs is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns. If we detect abuse, automated activity, or account sharing, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, limit, or terminate your account (including Pro memberships) without prior notice and without a refund.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Pilot License Prep's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pilot License Prep makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date study materials for the FAA Part 107 exam, we do not guarantee that using our service will result in a passing score. The user is solely responsible for their own preparation and performance.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Pilot License Prep or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pilot License Prep's website, even if Pilot License Prep or a Pilot License Prep authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Pilot License Prep's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pilot License Prep does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Pilot License Prep may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
