  • Identity Data: includes your name, profile picture, and Google account identifier (collected via Google Authentication).
  • Contact Data: includes your email address.
  • Usage & Progress Data: includes your quiz scores, flashcard mastery levels, completed lessons, and interaction with the curriculum.
  • Chat Data: includes the messages and queries you submit to our AI Instructor.
  • Financial Data: We do not store your credit card information directly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to provide and improve our services:

  • Authentication & Profiles: We use Firebase Authentication to securely log you in and manage your account.
  • Progress Tracking: We store your study progress in our database (Firestore) so you can pick up where you left off across devices.
  • AI Instructor: Your chat queries are processed using the Google Gemini API to provide personalized tutoring and explanations.
  • Payments: We use Stripe to process Pro membership upgrades securely.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service uses third-party providers, including:

  • Google / Firebase: For authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.
  • Google Gemini API: For powering the AI Instructor chat features.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
